The Be. Clinical Weight Loss Plan is an individualized lifestyle program where you can lose weight on your own terms. Our promise to you: This is not a diet. This is not a fad. This is the real thing. We show you how to embrace a lifestyle modification so you feel better now and have a higher quality of life in the future. We will develop in collaboration with each client a healthy transformation program to allow them to lose weight safely and effectively.

The basis of all our weight loss programs is discovering the barriers preventing you from controlling your weight.  Often, patients are made to feel like failures as they are told to “just eat less and exercise more and you will lose weight.”  If only it was that easy.

Our method is a whole-body approach to sort through and identify the barriers.  Once the barriers are defined, a treatment program to improve, repair and fix the issues may be embarked upon.

We will develop in collaboration with each patient a program to allow them to lose weight safely and effectively. Our Scientifically Designed Program includes:

  • 60-minute consult: Determine your health goals and establish your course of lifestyle therapy

  • 2- Follow-up appointments: Re-testing to evaluate your progress and identify any needed program adjustments

  • A 30-day supply of Targeted Nutritional Support for Weight Loss and Nutritional Support for Overall Health that includes:

    • High Protein shake mix

    • Low-glycemic Protein Bars

    • Convenient packets of Omega-3’s, phytonutrients, and essential vitamins/minerals to promote overall health and well-being and to address nutrient deficiencies

All appointments will include weigh-ins, body measurements, Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA), body fat %, zinc tally test to evaluate deficiency and ketone test strips to determine if body is in fat-burning mode.
